After watching the ONE PIECE anime series, I was inspired to create my own Wanted poster that closely resembles the original. My idea is to add custom face drawings of myself or my friends, which I think would make a cool office decoration or a unique novelty piece for friends and fans of the anime. To achieve this, I vectorized and reproduced all the details as accurately as possible. Using a vector format allows me to scale the artwork without worrying about pixelation.
OP Poster Font
After studying the source material, I realized that each character's name and bounty were drawn using hand-drawn lettering. To streamline the process, I thought about creating a font family that would allow me to type custom names and bounties each time I create a new version—I call it ONE PIECE Poster Font.
Devil Fruit Poster
Another key element of the ONE PIECE story is the existence of Devil Fruits, which grant people special powers at the cost of their swimming ability (not ideal for pirates living at sea). Without delving too deeply into the story, I decided to create a poster illustrating some of the most well-known Devil Fruits to complement the Wanted poster. I spent some time drawing each individual fruit carefully following the original creator drawings and style.
Custom DON Cards
To take the concept even further, given the popularity of card games these days, I decided to expand the concept to custom DON! cards. Who knows, maybe one day I can build a whole deck.
